9 week terms
STRETCH AND TONE
We run 9 week, syllabus classes from Beginners to Advanced. Each class consists of a warmup, conditioning, tricks and routine. At the end of the 9 weeks we all get together to celebrate our skills by performing for each other in our Terms Showcase.
This class is a dedicated hour to stretching the main muscles used in Pole Dance. You'll focus on all the muscles (and then some) that are used in the splits and backbends. This class is anything but a walk in the park - stretch is a workout and you'll gleefully love the aftermath.
This is a choreography based class. We learn a new routine every two weeks. The class focuses on movement around the pole, and the transitions between pole tricks, floor work and standing movement. Knee pads and Heels are recommended, but not compulsary.
