MEET THE TEAM

Tahlia is the owner and founder of The Shed. She has been pole dancing since 2010 and teaching for 7 year at studios across Sydney, Malta and now at her own studio in Jervis Bay. She is also a personal trainer. 

Tahlia loves pole because it challenges the body, the minds conception of what we are capable of and it's great workout.  Her favourite thing about teaching is watching her students grow in confidence as they see the amazing things their bodies are capable of. She hopes that her studio can be a special place where women of all backgrounds can come together and celebrate movement, their bodies and above all, uplift each other.

Tahlia is also a performer and likes competing! Heres some of her achievements. 

- 1st Place Semipro Glimmer Champion 

- 2nd in 2018 Pole Championship Semi Pro Division. 1

-1st in 2017 Pole Championship Amateur Division.

She also had a career in Sport aerobics and has competed in Individuals and teams-making it to the world championships twice and coming 4th. 

She also won Miss Nude World in 2019 and holds almost every other Australian + World showgirl title possible!
